Project Overview

This project, carried out for PepsiCo International Family, Saudi Snack Foods Company, and SUEZ, involves the supply and installation of electromechanical systems for a Reverse Osmosis (RO) Desalination Plant in Dammam Governorate.

The project aims to provide a reliable and efficient water treatment solution through the implementation of advanced desalination technology. It includes the supply, installation, integration, and testing of mechanical, electrical, and control systems required for the successful operation of the RO desalination facility.

Scope of Work

The project encompasses the supply and installation of electromechanical systems for the RO desalination plant, including:

  • Supply, installation, and commissioning of mechanical equipment for the RO desalination process.
  • Installation of RO skids, high-pressure pumps, feed pumps, pressure vessels, membrane systems, piping networks, valves, and associated mechanical components.
  • Installation of electrical power systems, distribution panels, control panels, and instrumentation systems.
  • Integration of automation, monitoring, and control systems for efficient plant operation.
  • Installation and connection of electrical and mechanical interfaces between desalination units and auxiliary systems.
  • Installation of water pumping systems, chemical dosing systems, and related equipment.
