Scope of Work
The project encompasses complete operation, maintenance, and training activities for sewage pumping stations, force main, and wastewater treatment plant, including:
- Continuous operation and monitoring of sewage pumping stations, force main system, and wastewater treatment plant facilities.
- Operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment units, including screening systems, grit removal units, biological treatment units, aeration tanks, sedimentation tanks, sludge treatment systems, and disinfection units.
- Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of pumps, motors, blowers, valves, generators, electrical panels, mechanical equipment, and electromechanical systems.
- Operation, inspection, and maintenance of the force main network, including pipelines, valves, chambers, and associated hydraulic structures.
- Operation and maintenance of sewage pumping stations, including wet wells, dry wells, pumping units, and auxiliary systems.
- Monitoring wastewater flow rates, water levels, pressure readings, and equipment performance indicators to ensure efficient wastewater conveyance and treatment.
- Laboratory monitoring and analysis of influent and treated wastewater quality to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
- Operation and maintenance of SCADA, instrumentation, automation, and control systems where applicable.
- Optimisation of treatment processes to improve efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and enhance treated wastewater quality.
- Inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of tanks, pipelines, channels, and related infrastructure.
